It is also understood by users that, RIDEASY keeps right to send OTPs to registered mobile numbers/emails Ids if required, for the purpose of providing meant Service by RIDEASY (App Based Cab Service).

RIDEASY stores personal information provided by users while registering themselves with/for RIDEASY (like Mobile Numbers, Email IDs etc.) this information is saved only to provide the meant service by RIDEASY (App Based Cab Service).

RIDEASY mobile application might prompt users for permission to access their mobile Phone's Contacts List, Text Messages/OTPs related to Rideasy, Photo Gallery, and Location etc. Such a control if granted by user will be used to access only to provide the meant service by RIDEASY (App Based Cab Service).

None of the Bank Account related details/Credit Card Details/Debit Card details of the customer(s) used while recharging the Rideasy Wallet or performing any online money transactions are stored by Rideasy in any Manner/Form with it. All the online transactions for RIDEASY mobile application are handled by Third Party payment gateway channel. The Users will be routed to Third Party application (Third Party Provided Payment Gateway) when the payment gateway service within RIDEASY Mobile App is been opted by users for Money transactions or Payments or to recharge the Rideasy Wallet.

Rideasy, stores the phone numbers of customer(s) dear and near ones, added by customer(s) while registration with Rideasy or after Registration, in Rideasy Customer Mobile App. These mobile Numbers are purely used only for SOS purpose in case of any emergency triggered by Customer(s) from the Rideeasy Customer Mobile App.

THE COMPANY collects personal information (like Mobile Number, DOB, Xerox/Scan Copies Vehicle Documents, Xerox/Scan copies of Personal ID Proofs etc.) from users for the cab attached by them with RIDEASY for the said business is only for creating login Ids for them to use the “RIDEASY” mobile application for Drivers, also to provide the service meant by “RIDEASY” for customers for RIDEASY and to generate business for Driver/Owner/Company/Vendor of a cab for the cab attached by them with RIDEASY for the meant business. THE COMPANY maintains the confidentiality of all such information collected with no compromise.
